We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Below we inform you pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR which data is processed when you visit our website or contact us, for what purposes and on what legal basis.

In short: this website uses no tracking or marketing tools, loads no fonts or scripts from third parties and uses no cookies requiring consent.

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, which processes the technically required data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website. The site runs on WordPress with server-side caching; no additional personal data is collected.

4. Server log files

With every request, information transmitted by your browser is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This serves the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

5. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us via the request form, email or phone, we process your details (name, email, optional phone, town, customer type, timeframe, selected services and message) to handle your request. Form data is sent to us by email and also stored securely in our website database. Spam protection works without external services. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once your request has been completed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

WhatsApp

Our website contains a link that opens WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). No data is transferred to WhatsApp when you visit our website. Only when you click the link and send us a message is your phone number and message processed by WhatsApp and by us to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). WhatsApp may transfer data to the USA; please refer to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Alternatively you can contact us by phone, email or the contact form.

This website does not use cookies for analysis, advertising or tracking. Technically necessary cookies are only set when an administrator logs in.

7. Fonts, images and videos

All fonts, images and videos are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts, YouTube or other third parties.

8. Recipients

Data is only passed on where required for the contract, by law or with your consent. Recipients may be our hosting and email providers as processors. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA is intended.
